In Pilates, the main principles such as breathing, concentration, precision, centering and flow of movement are always in focus. Ballett Adults
In this ballett beginner class you train your muscles with a set of exercises holding onto the barre and then you apply that technique when dancing away from the barre (called “Center”).
The class duration is 60 minutes. Ballet itself will help you reach your fitness and flexibility goals, and dancers of all ages can learn ballet.

Ballet Kids
With our barreclub ballet giraffes, the focus is on learning gymnastic, spatial and musical skills in a playful way.
The children are taught the simple gymnastic exercises and the basic types of movement (walking, running, jumping) through play. The body tension and relaxation are made familiar with symbols in order to achieve a healthy posture intuitively. Spatial perception is developed with fun games and simple steps are practiced. Music is an essential part of the lesson from the beginning and children are made aware of it through play.
